Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is syrupy tones with some mild coffee and roasted tones. Flavour is chocolaty, coffeeish, some roasted tones and mild alcohol sweetness. A bit here and there.

Smooth sweet malty with rich caramel sweetness, singed brown sugar, notes of raisins, sultana, medium plus body, cognac soaked wooden accents laced into the sweet warming boozy finish. Lovely.

Not looking much likes a NEIPA but a nice fruity aroma and taste, some grapefruit, peach, tangerine, pretty resinous, medium body, hoppy finish. Ok.

Sweet malty with some caramel sweetness, layers of dark dried fruit and spice, medium body, cognac soaked wooden oak notes accompanying the warming spiced malty finish. This will age well Im sure.

Tap at Billie's.

Bottle shared with Nari and Undos, cellared this one for over a year. Eleinte sem az alap sor, sem a hordo nem volt kifejezetten konnyen kiveheto, de idovel mindketto megmutatta magat azert. Kenyeres-karamelles malatassag meglepoen sok csokival, es savas-bogyosgyumis boros jegyek jellemzik mind illataban, mind izeben.

On tap at Billie’s, Saturday. It’s excessively, intensely boozy and quite thin, which is a shame really, because otherwise it would’ve been a pretty nice beer; the flavour profile is on point.

Near opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth if slightly thin dark malts, dark chocolate and a trace of milk chocolate. That soft rounded and, yet forward lemongrass flavour of bison grass I evident here, a mild apple tang. Smooth finish brings touches of honey and vanilla. Very different and yet, very rewarding Impy. Very far off the beaten track.
