Can (trade with Patrickctenchi for an Against the Grain Bo & Luke). Corn syrup and sour barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with giant, fluffy head. Sweet corn syrup, hay, and barley malt flavor. Okay for a pale lager - just a bit too sweet.

Sweet malty nose, bread, corn, hint of herbs, dough, clear pale golden, frothy white head that diminishes quickly, only light lacing, mild sweetness, light bitterness, thin feel, watery but also crisp, slightly sweet and light-bitter finish

1B Pours a medium straw to yellow color with a smallish bubbly white head that slowly dissipates. Light sweet grainy malt aroma with just a hint of corn and light fruitiness. Small bit of floral hops aroma. Sweet almost honey like malt flavor with a bit of fruity bready graininess. Very little hop flavor but a firm hop bitterness. Light to medium body with a spirited level of carbonation that pricks the tongue with every sip, and a sweet slick watery mouthfeel. Worlds above the last beer, decent enough and probably close to style, but a bit boring.

Clear, light gold with a giant, white cloud of a head. Light, sweet corn malt aroma. Typical, old school American blue-collar beer taste. Dad used to drink this....40 odd years ago...This and Stroh’s were my first stolen sips as a young lad....When I saw it, I HAD to get it....and I’m glad I did. Absolutely nothing wrong with it for what it is. Definitely worth $3.99 a sixer.

Bottle @ Møns Klint Camping on last evening of our Denmark holiday. Clear a bit pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hay and slightly bitter. Low to average body and carbonation.
