Draught. Amber colour, cloudy. Aroma is dough and bread. Bitterness is low, but more pronounced than it’s usual for hefeweizen. Really tasty.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops, yeast and citrus. Bitter, hoppy flavour with heavy estery notes and grassy touches. Bitter, slightly acidic aftertaste, with lingering touches of metal. Not bad but nothing to sweep me off my feet.

(Keg at Gastropub Nordic, 20140308) The beer poured dark brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove, sweetness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were clove, malts, molasses, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had clove, malts and bitterness. The clove came through heavily but despite that the beer was still quite drinkable and tasty.
