Couleur rosée, col épais tenace rosé.
Arôme est déjà plus puissant que la version Riesling – malgré les 4%, le bouquet fruité est plus incisif avec de fines pointes tanniques en rétro-nasal. Fruité rouge, pointe de fraise / framboise.
Palais sur une base berline – fine acidité, côté un peu boulanger. Fruité du raisin assez présent – fruité rouge dont un rappel plaisant de framboises fraiches tout en ayant aussi une petite pointe poivrée en fin de bouche. Rondeur de bouche tannique du raisin plus que sur la version Riesling. Léger râpeux en fin de bouche.

[2/18/23] Draught at the Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy pale yellow. Some lacto, frutiiness, citric, sourish, grainy, sweetish hint.

Huge, yellow-tan head, dense and irregular, over jet-black beer with good lace. Roast, coffeecream, mocha, black pepper, liquorice. Sweet roast, bit (less) liquorice, hints of charcoal, dry soy sauce, roasted grains, non-sweet mocha. Faintly meaty. Dry (as it should), medium bodied at best, good carbonation, long roast aftertaste. Very convincing Schwarz.

25cl shared with Ryan and Phill. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice piney and tropical fruits hops. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good, I would call this India Pale Lager, though.

Poured from the tap. Clear bright yellow gold with white head. Clean, crisp, lots of grass hops, quite a nice pils.

A slighty hazy and light yellow beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has grain and fruitness of citrus. Arom has grain and citrus, some bitterness, nicely dry, crisp. Medium bodied. Very good beer and so easily to enjoy.

Tap at Moeder Original. Thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light bitterness, low sweetness, well attenuated. Subtle grassy floral hops character, hints of spicy phenols. Easy drinking, good, even if a bit watery.

A dark brown beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has dark breadyness, some syrup. Taste has breadyness, light syrup, also some dry roastiness. Medium bodied. Balanced and good beer.
