Bottle shared during the Cad’s 10th anniversary bash - Clerkenwell, London. Thanks to Fin! Pours deep brown with a creamy tan head. The aroma has notes of dark fruits, light chocolate, plum, raisin. Medium to hearty sweet flavor with ripe dark fruits, lots of raisins, dates. Full bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Lightly warming and sticky in the finish, with some woody dryness, more dark fruits, mellow cocoa. Rich and decadent. Wonderful.
