Gravity dispense at the Royston, Broadstairs, 01/10/2025.
Clear copper with a lasting off white cap that thins to a swirl ... some lacing ensues.
Nose is candied orange peel, citric tinged straw, grass, herb.
Taste comprises orange zest, light chalky minerals, caramel, melon.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close splashed with balanced earthy hop bitterness.
Decent cask affair.
