Aktualnie jesteśmy dojrzałym browarem, a dzięki zdobytemu doświadczeniu warzymy świadomie przełamując schematy. Tworzymy piwo rzemieślnicze w najstarszym browarze w Polsce i dbamy o jego szeroką dostępność na rynku. Hazy gold beer, a few pale cream bubbles. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts. A good deal of milky sweetness which on my palate normally means diacetyl. Crisp pine. Reasonable citrus, half bright and half ripe. Light crisp semi dry finish. Jesus! What was experimental about this? How much diacetyl can you get in a DIPA? A big disappointment from this normally reliable brewery.
