Frothy white head. Hazy pale golden color. Dry lemony hoppy nose with a fair amount of funk. The Nelson hop isn’t so prominent until the finish and then tropical fruit lingers.

Keg at Flying Saucer. It pours cloudy deep pink - red with a tiny white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet - sour, juicy raspberry, funk, sherbet and minerals. The taste is crisp, tart, sour fresh raspberries, lemon peel, granny smith apple, lactic tang and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. A pretty solid raspberry sour.

750 ml bottle, bottled on 2014-12-22. Held this a tad longer then I wanted too. Lightly cloudy brown color with lasting head retention and lacing. Aroma is dried autumn leaves with a mild spice. Weak yeast.

Flavor has a sustainable yeast character through out the sip. Notes of figs, Christmas spice, caramel candy. As it warmed I got notes of raisins. Held up nice for a near 2 year old bottle! Pretty drinkable and pleasing.

Bright golden color, hazy. The aroma is a bit too much vegetable, but also lightly fruity. Good body, sweet, spicy, a bit woody. Good, but a bit too American, which is a flaw.

Cloudy amber color, no head. Sweet malt syrup with loads of bubblegum esters, and some vegetables. This one missed Belgium by 5000 miles (the ocean).

Ok beer, I don’t get the purpose anyway.

Hazy golden color. Aroma of cinnamon roll, delicate, biscuity. It has a sweetish flavor, with some malt, some cinnamon; it’s a bit boozy, biscuity; impression of cake.
Balanced, unexpected , nice.

Shared 11.2 oz. bottle. Pale straw with a white head. Aroma is funky and fruity. Taste is funk, fruit, hints of grape, banana notes, yeast, spice and malt. Interesting.
