Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, light bread, moderate hoppy, wood - pine, fruity hops, warm fruit, woody hops, tea, moderate yeast, fruity yeast. Initial flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dried fruit, caramel, woody hops, tea bitter, pine - wood, light bread - yeast. 0,33 bottle at the brewery at the eve of its release. Dark brown cloudy pour with a creamy off-white cap. Nose: dried fruit, raisins, prunes, toffee, hints of coffee beans. Mouth: reminds a WM dubbel, the roast is evident as much as the feel of dried prunes. As WM dubbel bitterness is present and quite balanced. Tasty

Bottle, 8.5%. Sweetish aroma, hint of yeast and a spicy fruit note. Hazy amber colour. The flavour is caramelly and spicy with a decent bitterness. Late yeast note. Knowing it is eucalyptus, I can taste the bonbon type of eucalyptus notes.
