Thank you tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle split post ACBF 2017. BBF 13.07.2021. Dark ruby brown, brief tanned head. Nose is sweet herbal caramelized banana, lager fish guts dominates bit much, brown banana. Taste is big on fish guts lager yeast, sugar, brown banana, yeasty, soapy, yeast dominates bit too much, herbal. Body is herbal lager yeast. Okay but I liked the basic version a lot more. Caramelized taste seems to be bit absent here.

Clear red brown beer, creamy irregular beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of ripe banana, caramel, little bitter, dried fruits, oxidized. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, caramel, very yeasty, pretty bitter, alcohol, dried fruits. Aftertaste: sweet, sugary, unpleasant bitterness, bit hoppy, alcohol, soft roast.

bottle from secret Santa 2016, thanks. 500ml pours yellow/golden with a white limited head. aroma is fresh, hoppy, citrus, straw, hay. Orange, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of vegetables, cereals, flowers, honey, some dried fruits, some bread.
Tastes of honey, flowers, bread, dried fruits, some citrus, some booze.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium sweet, moderate boozy, a bit hoppy, a bit floral.
Nice one, while nothing special. The nose is a bit weird, feels unbalanced, taste is OK while not very different to a regular Bock. Not my favourite one from this series.

0,33l bottle at Linz Tasting shared by Geiserich, big thanks. BB 12/2029. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells of fish, spices, herbal, peppers. ok smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of dill, spices, some resin, peppery, light caramel, light alcohol. finishes lightly bitter with notes of spices, resin and peppery notes. OK but not overly exciting. Bit weird overall.

0,33 l bottle, BB 15.07.2020. A darkest brown in the glass, nearly no head. Strong on the nose, roasted malty, fruity, herbal. Taste starts roasty malty, sweet, dark fruity and alcoholic, leather, herbal candy. Some barrel. As expected no easy drinkin´ stuff.

Dunkler, wenig röstiger Malzantrunk. Angenehme Hintergrundsüße, weiche Kaffeenoten, der Alkohol ist erkennbar aber nie störend. Geringe Karbonisierung, steigend malzig, dabei Noten von Karamell und weiter etwas Kaffee. Gut. 10/12/11/12/9/12

Bottle (thanks santa SinH4). Pours dark amber-brown. Aroma is sweet, malty, bitter, bit milky. Flavor is sweet and bitter, dark fruits, raisins, metallic notes. Finish is sweet and dry bitter. Covers alcohol rather well. Overall: very good.
