500ml bottle from Gloucester Services southbound. Drunk at Boyd Farm campsite. Pours clear pale golden yellow. Aroma has medium-sweet perry fruit. Taste is crisp, bright with a tightened sourness, not as clean and fruity as expected, with more of a farmhouse feel. Nice perry pear notes. Decent proper perry.

375ml bottle pours a dark gold/amber with no head and medium legs. Nose is big McIntosh apple, apple sauce, very pure. Flavor is better, apple, sweet apple sauce, mild spice, like regular pressed cider with no carb. Finishes lightly tannic.

Thnx to SINH4. Any dude that randomly keeps giving me ice cider, is a hero in my books. Current hero count : 1. Awesome guy right there! Pours clear amber colored. Smell is weaker Than most other ice ciders. Still, all the aspects shine trough. Taste is sweet, thick, applesauce, no boozyness at all. Extremely silky, lovely ice cider. Very sweet backbone, since it's not lifted up by the more common encountered boozyness.

Bottle in Hackney, thanks to Dirty D-Bag. It pours lightly hazy orange - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, tangy, sugared apple, apricot and peach. The taste is dry, bitter, vinous, peach, nectarine, apricot, some tartness, sherbet, gooseberry and must with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Quite smooth and well - rounded. Decent.

29/7/2018. Bottle shared at John's. Pours clear golden with the smallest of white head. Aroma of stewed pears, baked apples, caramel and a hint of clove. Towards heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Sticky texture, no carbonation. Slight sharpness to finish.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear light amber with no head at all. Clear aorma of frozen apples with mild fermented notes. Sweetish flavour of apples and touches of fermentation. Sweet aftertatste of apples and a little burning feeling of alcohol. Fantastic. Gimme more!

28/7/2018. Bottle shared at Højbjerg tasting. Pours clear golden in colour with no head. Aroma of syrupy apples and sweet caramel. Intense sweetness, very light level of sour. Full bodied, sticky texture, slightest fine carbonation.
