Poured a clear yellow colour with a nice, big, bright white head. Scents include corn, eggs, grass and yeast. First sip was watery with flavours of corn, white bread, potatoes and a slight almond finish. finish is also slightly hoppy with a little bitter flavour. Palate is corn.

A lightly hazed reddish brown ale with a thick brown head. In aroma, definite coffee moka with caramel toffee, some nice burned notes, lightly fruity but overall, very well done. In mouth, a good brown ale with some nice roasted coffee, roasted notes lingering on, caramel, lingering coffee, quite good. Bomber from brewery, bottled Feb. 2011.

A deep reddish brown ale with a thick receeding brown head. A nutty aroma, with herbaceous qualities, light coniferous notes, tropical fruit esters. In mouth, dark maple syrup, molasses, and taffy, woody, oily mouthfeel. Shared with GRM, March 10 2011.

A dark copper amber beer with a thick moka head. In aroma, caramel malt over fruity esters, a bit of tropical fruits. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt with light solventy notes, lightly nutty, a banana esters, quite nice and smooth. 600 ml bottle from brewery. Bottled Feb. 2011.

A golden wheat ale with a thick white head, receeding. In aroma, chalky and fruity, with light fruity esters. In mouth, a smooth dryish malt with sweetish notes, chalky, just OK. Growler from brewery, tasted Dec. 18 2010.

A dark brown stout with reddish hues and a thick brown head. A pungeant chocolate aroma with light fruity esters, dunkel like, very nice. In mouth, a smooth sweet chocolate with loads of bananas and berries, light cloves, chocolate notes, not a stout really but still a good offering.
