330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of pineapple, grapefruit, some orange, resin; fruitiness has a light jelly bear touch; pale malty background, very light overtones of liquorice and rubber. Taste is bitter, piney and citrusy fruity hoppy, pale malty basis without residual sweetness, notes of grapefruit, resin, orange zest, a touch of rubber, chalky and papery (cardboard) interludes; minimally chalky and mineral finish. Watery texture, dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Pretty much West Coast IPA not English IPA in my view; fairly dry and bitter, sadly a bit papery (especially in the finish) - OK.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally perfumed, spicy and slightly citrusy fruity aroma, hints of coriander, a touch of orange peel, lemon, slightly wheaty and minimally oaty background. Taste is minimally perfumed, peppery spicy and citrusy fruity, notes of coriander and lemon, wheaty malty and minimally oaty malty basis with very low residual sweetness. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. A tad unbalanced, minimally overspiced, nevertheless refreshing and drinkable - OK.

Forholdvis pålitelige notater fra en travel dag på The Great British Beer Festival, London 02.08.22: kobberrød, fint skum som varer helt ned. Einer, malurt/burot og andre urter sammen med honning og lime pluss litt sevje. Original og velsmakende.

5/8/2022. Keg at GBBF 2022, day 4. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of Kendal Mint Cake, mint leaf, coriander, citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Unusual and nice, aroma especially nice.
