Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is liquorice, ginger, orange, amber. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, spicy, numbing,, grassy,. Ok. Not bad.

Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - Golden hazy pour with a white head. Citrus tropical fruity notes with some grapefruit and orange, some piney notes, medium to light body, grassy hoppy bitter finish.

1/12/2018. Bottle from Corks, San Giljan and shared at the 1st Kesgrave 50/50 bottle share. Pours dark brown with a large off-white head. Aroma of dark chocolate, dried fruit and roasted malt. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Slight coffee finish develops.

Nearly clear yellow, no head really. Weak wheaty aroma. Sweetish wheat malt flavour, light hint of salt and coriander. Herbal notes in the finish.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, fairly lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy and minimally strawy, malty aroma, hints of lemon, minimally biscuity, grainy, pale malty background with a touch of white bread. Taste bitter and minimally citrusy hoppy, a mineral touch, weak pale malty basis with a touch of white bread, fruity apricot overtones; minimally watery. Refreshing - nice.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta e di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è aspetto velato. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di perlage costituito da bollicine fini. La carbonazione è vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è discreto e c'è anche una punta di salato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, sale e frumento.
