Very clear, light amber and copper coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of blood oranges, tangerines, kumquats, grapefruit peel and a dash of white pepper, all with some supportive malts here in the nose at least. Light to Medium-bodied; Big taste up front of juniper berries, pure gin and a lot of alcohol, with some deeper bitterness from malts here, but the crisp grainy notes and flowers show here as well, in a good way with a lot of support for all the malts. Aftertaste shows a good balance with a lot of hop notes, some crisp grainy bits from the malts and a smooth, but light sweetness noticeable on the finish. Overall, a pretty nice beer that shows it's tropical notes in the form of some bitter fruits, but not much of the 'real' tropical fruits here, which is okay since this provides enough complexity throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Trader Joe's in San Francisco (North Beach), California on 28-August-2022 for US$2,09 sampled in my hotel room here in downtown San Francisco, California on 29-August-2022.

16 oz can from John, danke, 8/13/22 & 8/18/22. Clear yellowish-orange color Bright, fresh mint on the aroma, with some peach, apricot, and earth. A little herbal. Grainy and earthy notes as well. Such a bright, fresh mint aroma and flavor here, especially for a 2-3 month old beer. Very impressive. Tingly finish. A little dry. Exceptionally bright. Strong sensory memory going on with this one of childhood me picking fresh mint out of the backyard and throwing it into a lemonade or an ice tea. Maybe that's why I like it so much. I can't say for sure, but having had two cans of it now, I can say it's excellent. Loved this one.
