Draft - Very light almost no aroma. Clear dark gold with a decent beige head. Vegetive and light bitterness. Not for me.

Draft -Toasted malts and some toffee. Dark clear brown with a rich edge head. Toffee, twig and a hoppy bitterness. I get more of an American bitter more than anything else from this.

This one poured a clear light yellow colour with a big white head. Scents include corn, hay and malt. First swig was watery and thin with flavours of corn, malt and a light hop bitterness. Finish is slightly hoppy with that corn flavour lingering...

This lager poured a deep black colour with a nice tan, foamy head. Scents include faint vinegar, caramel, roasted malt and cocoa? First swig was nice and roasted with good caramel flavours. Finish was burnt with that great caramel flavour lingering with a little hop bitterness. Very good.

This ale poured a deep red colour with an off white, foamy head. Scents include ripe fruit, sweet malt and hops. First swig was smooth with heavy flavours of malt, smoke, cocoa and a little whiskey. Finish is malty with sweet almost molasses aftertaste, with a nice hop flavour lingering.

Botella de 50 cl en el lúpulo en el momento el 12-07-2014. Embotellada en 02-05-2014. Color negro intenso con espuma oscura. Buenos aromas iniciales a especias, maltas tostadas y bastante chocolate.

A hazed copper amber ale with a thick mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with pleasant nutty notes, treacle, smooth coffee. In mouth, a nice nutty caramel malt with light tobacco qualities, faint signs of oxidation, but overall, pleasant. Another forgotten 5 year old bottle.

Forgot this in my fridge. A nice blonde lager with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, light grainy malt with light lactic notes, OK. In mouth, light lactic malt , lemony, pleasant, light mineral notes. Surprising, after 5 years, this tastes like a light lambic.
