Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, floral, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191010]

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours clear yellow with a slight, creamy white topping. Lightly sweet with muted pale malts, crunchy hay, a little grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with crisp pale mats, more bitter straw, grass, grain husk. OK.

11/2/2022. Cask at the 12th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear bright copper with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, hops, fruit, flowers, biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Nicely done.
