Description
Moonshine Brewery has been established for over 20 years in the Cambridge area. In that time we have won numerous national and regional awards. Our beers are characterised by their clean, fresh taste which is thanks in no small part to the natural spring water that is used to make them.

Officially started brewing as Cambridge Moonshine Brewery in May 2004 using a 2½BBL self-built plant in the owners garage in Cambridge. The brewery moved to the current location during Summer 2008 at the same time upgrading to a 5BBL plant and changing its name to Moonshine Brewery.

Delt med Rune på rom 320 Travelodge Cambridge Central. Kobberfarget. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler veldig sakte og etterlater klaselacing. Lett maltaroma. Smaken litt karamell. Litt malt. Litt frukt. Lett tørr avslutning. Så vidt litt bitter etter hvert.
