[ As Moonshine Amarillo ].Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, sweet fruit, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, orange, caramel, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. By gravicask, 4.5 % abv, at Chelmsford & Mid Essex Winter Beer Festival. Shared with Cunningham. Coal black body. Shiny black surface. Malt-accented aroma, mid-sweet. Honeyed malty flavours joined by impact of ripe fruits. Mid-sweet, mild roasted finish. Likable, just rather thin bodied (17.02.2017).

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dark malt, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty malt, coffee, dusty coffee, dry. Cask at the 2017 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Winter Beer Festival. Pours pale gold with a very small white head. Aroma of citra hop. Medium to heavy sweetness with light bitterness. Light body and slightly oily creamy texture. Carbonation is soft.

Cask at GBBF ’16, day juan, 09/08/16. Black with a decent tan cap. Nose is as it says on the tin, Terrys chocolate orange, light hoppy back draft. Taste comprises dark malts, chocoalte biscuit, lighter orange notes, earthy, light roast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough stout but perhaps lacking depth for 6.7% ABV.
