Description
Following years of intense and hedonistic imbibing and brewing in pursuit of delicious ales, Head Brewer Kevin Brady invites you to share the indigenous experience. Kevin has been brewing since 2011 and having successfully showcased some of his beers at local village events, he has now set up his own Micro Brewery in the village of Chaddleworth, West Berkshire. The focus is on producing hand crafted ales on a relatively small scale that offer something a little different.

50cl bottle from the Grumpy Goat, Reading. A glossy black pour with a ring of tan head; aroma of molasses and espresso coffee; thick and oily in the mouth with a lively, sharp bitterness that cuts through the sweet chocolate malt body; then a satisfying finish with chocolate and coffee, some warmth, and a lingering herbal bitterness. A well made stout.

Bottleshare at Lancaster Gate. Thanks to Dan. Gusher. Almost opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is over carbonated airy. Mellow dark malts, trace of dark chocooate. Tangy dark fruits. Bitterish floralness. Light dry finish. Not bad apart from the over carbonation.
