Sampled at THT September. Clear light golden, no head. Very flowery, bees, alcohol, sweet honey, bitter white grapes. Mostly sweet honey and alcohol. Quite sweet, medium boozy bitter. Medium bodied, flat. Classic style mead, not bad but should be drank in small amounts.

Bottle. Thanks Davido. Great stuff. Aroma is fruity, fruit cake. Taste is great, Belgian fruitiness, very fruity, Belgian yeastiness. Very nice. Lots of use of the word 'fruit' in this rating.

My thanks to Caesar for providing this beer (and not tasting it himself). Hope the bottles I left in the fridge for you and Skortila make up for this loss...Golden color, a bit cloudy. Malty cookie dough aroma and flavor with just a bit of citrus. Prickly mouthfeel. Light hopbitter aftertaste.
