750mL bottle, pours a dirty dark orangey amber with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is intense, with loads of bourbon barrels upfront dominating, followed by heaps of caramel and brown sugar. Flavour is surprisingly balanced, with a great balance of bourbon barrels and caramel - sweet but no where close to cloying. It shows the alcohol but in not too intrusive a way. Wonderfully done. Could use just a touch more carbonation. Excellent.

750ml bottle. No traces of bourbon at this point, comes off as a big roasty stout. Nice mouthfeel. Sweet cocoa tones. Roasty dry chocolate. Pretty drinkable despite some massive specialty malts. A solid Sout.
