750 ml bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a cloudy brown color with a medium beige head. A big sweet woody sour nose, vanilla. The flavor is light tartness, berries, vanilla, big malty base. Chocolate. Odd funky notes. Pretty good.

Bottle from a trade. Many thanks! Hazy brown colour, creamy foam. Medium carbonation. Very well balanced beer. Malty with notes of caramel, vanilla and bourbon. Not too sweet or boozy but very subtle. Nice!

Thnx To Mike !!! Pours warm blonde to amber. Small white head. Smell is thick, malty sweetness. Taste is sharp, grainy, sweet and bitter. way more balanced than other bitter BW I had. I actually like this one a lot.

Thanks to JefVerstraete! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Hot & Sweaty RBBSG 2015”. Dark brown amber, little to no head. Nose is big brown sugar & exotic sugar goop mixed with honey & bourbon, thick caramel malts,… Not very elegant or unified but satisfactory for sure. Taste is quite simple, heavy on brown sugar, light boozy / varnish, basic brown honey, bread, sweet, rather unbalanced, slab of sugar, candy with some overriding booze, bourbon is a touch more noticeable in alcoholic notes as opposed to the regular vanilla etc. notes,… Light varnish note in the body. Pleasant but not very elegant & a bit messy.

750 ml bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A big bretty woody, fresh hop nose. Pine, sweet sticky hops, certainly some lacto here, sourness, light funk. A tropical brett body that goes down very well. Sour at times. Nice soft palate. Solid.

750 thanks to Dan getting me through a lot of grading. Pours a clear ruby color with no head. A big hot bourbon malty nose. Sweet hot bourbon, vanilla, some berries, caramel, toffee. Darker elements at work, but overall a sugary sweet boozy base. Hmm the ABV must be over 10%. Flavorful and tasty. More appropriate for a winter’s night, but those are long away and this is solid.
