A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light mineral notes, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, curacao, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, pleasant. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of vinous notes, treacle, light butterscotch, curacao, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, licorice, oily mouth feel, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

A golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, light spruce, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light grapefruit notes, light spruce, nice and smooth. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

The token craft at Keg Niagara. A little underwhelmed on this one. Mild resin, some citrus, light malt, mildly lindering bitter.. Ok

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light resinous funky hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light brett, nice and citrusy. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

After really enjoying their Saison as my first from this brewery, I was quite happy to find this one. Pours a slight hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is almost creamy, off-white, long lasting with good lacing. The aromas are nice blend of citrus notes, bread, herbal hops and caramel malts. Very nice cereal grain taste with mild hops in the background. Kind of peppery, fresh grassiness. Again, a winning product for the style.

This ale? poured a beautiful amber colour with a big off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and pastry. First swig was nice but a little watery. Flavours of ginger and allspice. Finish is pumpkins and cinnamon flavours lingering.

Cask at Cask Days 2017. Hazy golden color. Big Christmas spice aroma. Taste has ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg. Very Christmasy

Draft. Clear golden amber color medium off white head. Aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg. Taste is light mixed spice light body. Decent.
