Bottle from the brewery. Hazy deep amber with a generous off white head. Nose has lots of green apple, funk, grape, over some light bread. Flavour is only lightly sweet with a medium+ tartness. Mouth is medium with prickly carbonation and a short tart finish. 7/4-/7+/3+/15

A golden amber ale with very thin off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with light grassy hops, light Brett, light lactic notes, light corky notes and faint bourbon, very nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light residual sugar, bourbon barrel notes, light Brett and grassy hops, OK. On tap at Bar Hop Brewco.

This Saison poured a slightly cloudy, dark yellow colour with the biggest, bright white head I’ve seen in a long time. Scents include allspice, cider, very light vinegar and ripe fruit. First swig was very carbonated with flavours of spice and yeast most prodominant. Finish was sharp with a little bitter hop flavour and yeast flavours lingeriung.

Tap. Pours crystal clear pale amber, small white head, dissipates quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is floral and pine. Flavor is light sweet, biscuity, floral notes, some pine. Light body. An interesting take on the style.
