20/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is mulled, nutmeg, allspice, strudel, cinnamon, slightly vinegary. Moderate sweetness. Medium tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Spiced finish. Enjoyed this.

14/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet baked apple, body, whiskey, bready, caramel, biscuit, solvent, raisins. Medium sweetness, touch of tart. Medium body, oily, average to soft carbonation. Complex grower. Enjoyed this.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Amber gold colour, bubbly white rim and aroma of apple strudel, spices, cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg. Taste is sweet, apple strudel, spiced, woody, cinnamon, tart, tangy, some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, heavily spiced drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, big foamy white head that rapidly diminishes, and aroma of fruity apple, some apple flesh hints. Taste is sweet, apple, herby, woody, smoky, tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinable.

Taste is sweet, syrupy, apple, tart, with solventy funk, wood barrel, vanilla, some drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy orange with a white bubble head. Aroma is evergreens, spicy, cinnamon, apple. Taste is spicy, apple pie, cinnamon, evergreen, nutmeg. Very interesting and should have been drank at Christmas. :)

Sample, thanks to Grumbo. Misty orange pour. Good, fine carbonation, not hugely fruity or sweet but possesses a pleasant natural feel, quite dry with a gentle tang seeing you off. Nice.

2/3/2022. Bottle from the cidery's stall at Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre. Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, light wood, sugary stewed apple, slight funky edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, light carbonation. Drying finish with a little of the whisky barrel coming through. Subtle, quite liked it.
