330ml bottle at home, sourced from Kensal Rise local shop. Pours clear golden with a white head that quickly thins. Aroma is malt dominated, a little grain and cardboard. Taste is sweet initially, get a malt hit with a little grass and grain. It’s not a great beer but not hideous either.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear pale golden colour with a thin white head, no retention. Aroma: light sweet malt, grain. Taste: light sweet grainy malt. Typical lager. To compare with another Mauritian beer this is slightly better than Blue Marlin.

Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Matteo. A very pale yellow green coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is sweet prickly pear, sugary apple flavouring, artificial. Flavour is composed of super sweet sugary pear, apple flavouring. Plate is medium sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation. Very artificial apple juice.

Can shared in Watford - thanks to Matteo. Pours clear, very pale yellow. Big artificial apple aroma, with some apple candies. Syrupy flavour, gooey, with more tangy apple candies. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Sugary finish, gooey and sticky, with more phony apple candies. Meh.

Can thanks to Matteo. It pours clear very pale yellow with a tiny white head. The aroma is simple, sweet, golden delicious apple and sugary. The taste is very sweet, white sugar, candied apple, saccharin sweetness with a short, sweet finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Like apple juice from concentrate. Far too sweet for me.
