Description
Our 20 barrel brew plant is set in a beautiful 300-year-old barn which is capable of producing up to 100 brewers barrels (28,800 pints) of beer each week.

Cask at The Lamb Inn, Little Milton, Oxfordshire. A golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Hoppy, fruity, malty aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, malty, fruity, slight sweetness. Served in good condition, quite pleasant.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. A straw coloured pour with a thin cream head; fruity aroma with a touch of citrus; sour, fruity taste with a biscuit body; and a dry finish. A straightforward golden ale.

Cask @ Lamb & Flag, Oxford. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 170218

Cask @ Lamb & Flag, Oxford. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, toffee, malt, hops and has a nice sweet finish.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. An amber colour with a tight cream head; tangerine aroma; crisp int he mouth with a fruity taste - some mandarin or tangerine; and a biscuity finish. Very drinkable.

Cask at the foot of the walk. Pours clear golden, nose is perfume, musty, floral, taste is grainy, grassy, sweet toffee.

Cask at the Old Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. A pale amber pour with a ring of white head; attractive sweet barley aroma, reminding me of grain whisky; a matcching barley sugar taste with a pleasant lemony bitterness and a bittersweet finish. Rather good.

Cask conditioned at The Lifeboat Margate. Dark brown beer lasting tan head. its roasty toasty beer with some dark fruits from the rum maybe. Great condition. Good milk chocolate. I liked it. Dry. Good bitterness.

Cask at Wetherspoons, Rutherglen. Clear, golden with a thin white head. Not much aroma, flavour is cereal, sweet malt and fruity hops. OK, but unremarkable

Cask at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a long-lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light lemon citrus, light hop bitter. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a smooth malt, zesty citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
