473mL can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium white head. Nose reveals a wonderfully fragrant rustic farmhouse character, loads of brett that is never harsh, and a hint of spicy floral character. Flavour is clean yet robust, with a wonderful brett character, rustic farmhouse notes, and a bit of spiciness. Assertive carbonation but not overdone. Lively and beautifully constructed. Has Driftwood rediscovered their touch? This is fantastic.

650 ml bottle. Pours a reddish mahogany with moderate head. Aromas of caramel, cookie spice, sourish rye and toasted malts. Flavors of sweet caramel, brown sugar, rye mash, and a big of cachaca. Perfumey and alcoholic. Can sit for awhile.

Can. This has a very pale colour. A thin sort of scummy head. The aroma is a lot of pale malt and light brett (C, I believe). On the palate, it's bretty, with a touch of stank foot yeastiness, and a slightly gloppy pale malt. It was quite a while ago now that Boulevard came out with Brett Saison and really transformed how people look at this style. But you know - that beer (along with Dupont) are benchmarks and this is, while pleasant, is nowhere near those benchmarks.

This is a pale golden brown colour, bright, with a head that frothed up quite a bit initially then died down quickly. The aroma is a sweet shop - definitely getting that marzipan, kaya toast, and a lot of spice. On the palate, it's sweet, desserty, macaroons, and more of that toasted coconut and marzipan quality. Soft body, balanced sweetness and the alcohol is masked. There's just a touch of alcohol in the finish, and a hint of tannins. Very interesting conditioning feature - I've had amburana beer before down in Brazil, and in anejo cachaca, but I don't really pick up anything I recognize in the wood character. That's pretty cool. I can't remember the last time I had a wheat wine I liked this much - I have (from AleSmith and Two Brothers, to name a couple) but it's been a while.

Pours with really good foam, a soft caramel body and good carbonation. Smells very well of malt and hops, balanced and sharp, wood and pine notes, some soft hazelnut. Flavour is a great mix of malt and hops, sharp nut notes, pine. Mouthfeel is excellent oiliness and sweetness but does become a little watery later on. I can't fault this IPA, it's a great mix of malt and hops and shines.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready caramel malt, pineapple, mango, honeydew, apricot and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, orange peel, peach, apricot, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, honeydew and piney hops in a dry, spicy yeast finish. Medium body with a sticky, oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious and easy to drink. A world class Wild IPA.

65 cl bottle (10,3%) @ Antitasting Vintage 2019 Aroma is somewhat mild with licorice and salmiac. Flavour has salmiac, licorice, herbal tones and mild coffee notes. Too salty for my taste.
