Bottle @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Deep smooth chocolate aroma with grain and lots of smooth mild roast. Chocolate malt is there, not too sweetish but well-balanced with a fantastic dry and smooth roasted finish. Great stuff, chocolate, roast and smooth caramel in the body. Milk-chocolate soft in the end and highly drinkable. Great.

Gut trinkbar.

330ml bottle. Barely clear, yellow-ish golden colou rwith average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, grainy, malty aroma, a bready touch, cautious hints of husk and protein. Taste is minimally sweet, husky, slightly grainy, malty, minimally fruity, hints of protein, a touch of apricot. Smooth and soft palate. This is the kind of beer arousing the question: Can't they do better or don't they dare to do so since they have the low-brow consumer at the back of their mind?
