Bottle. Sour malt aroma. Pale yellow color with decent head if you pour fast enough. Light sour malt flavor. Light body. Probably the best light macro for what it’s worth and with the lowest carb count.

Can. Lightly lactic corn/barley malt and straw aroma. Yellow with large white head. Lightly sweet corn/barley malt and very mild hay flavor. High carbonation. Clean tasting (i.e. bland).

24 oz. tallboy can in a bag. I notice the Loop 7/11 no longer sells malt liquor (but they’ve also dropped Pilsner Urquell, drat them), but I also notice the big cans of beer have their ABV printed on them, like this one (5.5% ABV). Pretty much what you’d expect. Smell is nearly non-existent, but that’s a point in its favor since I’ve had bad-smelling beers. With the first few sips, I’m already getting gassy. And it’s the same old adjunct-filled, hopless dry "beer" flavoring of any mega-brew. Force-carbonated like a seltzer water. Considering I’m taking in enough alcohol for two vodka shots, I’d have preferred the vodka shots.

This bottle cost ~2 euros here ...
Typical lager color, nice foamy white head. Lots of CO2. Smells cooked corn - extremely bad. Extremely watery mouthfeel, some corn taste. Gives oily mouthfeel in aftertaste.

When i was in the university in the 90's this was the shit! You could not get into a party without a sixer of mickeys. Now its just a syrup, yellow looking fluid. What happened to the grenade pop top and bottle?

Blond color. Fizzy beer-soda, with very light aroma. Dry mouthfeel, poor; just not disgusting…

Had this beautiful pinnacle of the brewing process following a bottle of Anheuser World Select. The beers were about of the same color. MGD Light has a heavier reliance on adjunct sweetness with metallic notes, but is otherwise very similar to the new expensive Heineken clone.

1 pint, 8 oz can for 99 cents... hmmm... I either can't go wrong, or I can go VERY wrong. Let's pop this top and see. Actually doesn't look bad. Nice crisp golden yellow, but no head. Smell's not revolting. It smells better than really cheap beer, but not as good as decent beer. Taste going in isn't bad at all, but that warming liquor aftertaste is what's killing me. The aftertaste reminds me of a poorly mixed rum & coke. Thin in the mouth, and not very drinkable. I am not sure if I can finish all of this. =/ I think the "extra gravity" the can refers to is how easily this beer comes back up.
