Pours a hazy deep amber colour and a rocky off white head with long retention. Aroma's: sour fruity, caramel malts, saison yeasty. Retronasal it's caramel/rye sweetish, yeasty, fruity, bitterish. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Quite high carbonation. Medium bodied. Long finish, quite dry and bitter. Fairly true to the (oldschool Belgian, duh) style.

Pours a hazy orange colour and a sticky off white head with good retention. Aroma's: slightly vegetal, fruity, graimish. Retronasal there is coffee, light fruit, hoppy bitterness. Flavour is above moderate (roasty) bitter but with a sweetish backbone. Light medium bodied. Good carbonation. Long finish with coffee, roast, firmly bitter.
