Description
Since 1996, our brewing philosophy has been quite simple – to brew memorable, well balanced and flavourful beers, regardless of the style.
From light and crisp, to malt forward and smooth, all the way to loaded with hops… each of our brews are crafted using 100% malted barley, the finest hops, water and yeast.
Founded in Kelowna, BC, now brewing in our expanded facility with Big Rock Brewery in North Vancouver’s Brewery Creek district, drop by if you’re in the neighbourhood and we’ll show you first hand how we make great beer.

Deep gold, large beige head. Neutral Salty nose. Light sweet malt, noticeable hops in finish, decent body. More of a pils than a lager.

Golden-bronze colour. Rich caramel nose with some grassy-fruity hop. Flavour is a mild balance between leafy-fruity hop and well-defined bready, caramelly malts. Like a poor man’s Creemore...and that’s really not such a bad thing.

This beer had this thickest, whitest head I have seen, atop a hazy golden brown brew. I was in admiration. A beautiful nose of bananas and cloves assured me this hefe was special. A well balanced yeasty mouth with banana esters and hints of cloves. Splendid. Well balanced. Finish cleaning and refreshing. Love this beer.

(Bottle 34,1 cl) Courtesy of presario. Pours a clear, deep golden with a very small, off-white head. Very fresh, citrusy nose. Light - surprisingly light - body with some caramel, but otherwise completely dominated by the aroma hops with accents of grape fruit and peach. Dry and rather bitter finish. Very delicate. 211006

An hazed gold weizen with a thick white head. A pleasant banana aroma with notes of cloves, very to style. In mouth, a creamy sweet malt with banana esters and cloves, very classy. Another fine Tree product (not sarcastic this time). Thanks to Capflu (and Presario for the second one...a nice little extra).

A hazy orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy and grassy. The flavor is sweet, somewhat hoppy, but extremely dry, and with an OK bitterness. It leaves a slightly alcohol burn in the throat. But inspite of the alcohol burn - the body seem weak. I like the aroma better than the flavor.

On tap at The Railway Club, Vancouver. Amber with thin off white head. Quite a malty pale ale. Surprising really. Really nice hop aroma, goodish malt and then great grapefruit hop on end. Most malty pale ale I’ve had. Nice.

On tap at Railway Club, Vancouver. Copper with thin off white head. Dark Star Hophead like hop aroma. But far hoppier. Malt structure is good and then this very bitter/harsh hop on end. Fragrant hop aroma. Soft cream in mouth and then this burst of hop. I like the more interesting hop on this. Some toffee.
