Cloudy yellow. Fresh, big malty aroma. Full body. Well-proportioned banana, sugar and spice. Love the big maltiness. Quality hefe...why not in Vancouver?

Red copper beer with a thick light moka head, dissipating upon drinking. Light sweet malt aroma, with light caramel, coffe notes, nuts and light signs of oxidation. Sweet malt in mouth, with some good nuttyness, fruity esters, light german hopping, but overall, unbalanced regarding malt to hops, with sweet becoimg almost cloying. Light metallic bitterness develops. Bottle shared with Mike H. From JM in BC, Merci.

Bottle. Cedar colour, no head. Molassis nose, light caramel which carries over into the flavoring, bready malt. Fairly one-dimensional. Medium body, lacks chewyness.

Bottle. Amber (duh), low head. Somewhat papery malt and light nut aroma. Ok chewy malt base, light bready and nutty, some flowery hops. Almond finish. Pleasant enough.

Dark golden, low head. Cascade aroma, pine and orangepeel. Medium body, sparkly mouthfeel. Good balance. Old rating: 8 3 8 3 14 Bottle. Amber, low creamy off-white head. Fruity sweet and resiny hop aroma. Cracker malt, fruity peach, grassy, pine overlay. Pleasantly balanced. very nice - much better than a VO-talk anyway....

Dark brown with golden accent. Caramelly, toffeeish, slightly earthy and tobaccoey aroma. Firm alcohol leads with toffeeish, slightly breadcrusty malts. Body is big, but then it falls away. Nutty, demerara and alcohol finish. Not bad bock, but a little unrefined.

Hazy scotch amber ale with a light off white head. Light prunes and ginger in aroma with yeasty notes. Sweet malt, with herbal noted, light phenolic compounds, and medium bodied. This beer is past its prime. Merci, JM.

Amber ale with reddish hues, and a good off-white head. Sweet caramel malt with notes of butterscotch. A bit sulfury. In mouth, sweet malt, caramel and butterscotch, wiht very light hops, and rather light bodied. Merci, JM!

Lightly hazed orange golden ale with a thick white lacing head. Nice malt with lots of grapefruits and floral hops, like I like them. In mouth, very nice balance of malts, caramel notes, and floral hops, oily mouthfeel, very quaffable! This is why I like West Coast ales so much. Merci JM!
