Description
Since 1996, our brewing philosophy has been quite simple – to brew memorable, well balanced and flavourful beers, regardless of the style.

From light and crisp, to malt forward and smooth, all the way to loaded with hops… each of our brews are crafted using 100% malted barley, the finest hops, water and yeast.

Founded in Kelowna, BC, now brewing in our expanded facility with Big Rock Brewery in North Vancouver’s Brewery Creek district, drop by if you’re in the neighbourhood and we’ll show you first hand how we make great beer.

Bottle. Cloudy red, low brown head. Cake flavors, cinnamon, cardemom. Not much aroma though. Sweet, but pleasant balance, dry citric finish. Chewy body, good restsugar. Really nice dessert, surprisingly good.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a dark amber brown with a light head. Aroma of spices, particularly cinnamon and clove. Flavour is much the same, with the spices dominating more than anything. Decent beer, but nothing more.

On tap at the Alibi Room - pours a clouded orange colour. Bold wheaty flavour, with grass and yeast. The best from Tree Brewing, a fine wheat beer.

500mL can - pours a brownish amber. Flavour is nuts, citrus, and kind of metallic (not in that bad a way). Refreshing and pleasant Tree brew.

Bottle: Poured a clear medium brown color ale with a small fizzy head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma of raspberry with light roasted notes. Taste of somewhat tart raspberry with some light roasted notes with no apparent hops. Carbonation is way too fizzy for the style with a thin body. Not bad overall but not something I would wish to have very often.
