Description
Since 1996, our brewing philosophy has been quite simple – to brew memorable, well balanced and flavourful beers, regardless of the style.

From light and crisp, to malt forward and smooth, all the way to loaded with hops… each of our brews are crafted using 100% malted barley, the finest hops, water and yeast.

Founded in Kelowna, BC, now brewing in our expanded facility with Big Rock Brewery in North Vancouver’s Brewery Creek district, drop by if you’re in the neighbourhood and we’ll show you first hand how we make great beer.

Loose head, very thin in aroma and mouthfeel, with very little hops, this beer may still be too green.

Hazy amber with lasting head. Green hop nose. Light green hop flavor with medium finish. Needs a lot more malt as it is very poorly balanced.

Spiced malt nose. Whatever flavor there may be is covered by the spice, and the alcohol heat --- Beer merged from original tick of Tree Spiced Mid-Winter Ale on 22 Sep 2006 at 18:01 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5. Original review text: Different than previous, nearly flat, no alc heat, light spice and slightly winey, lightly malty
