Cask at Cherry Reds, Brum. Pours opaque muddy gold with cream foam. Doesn't look very enticing at all. No real aroma. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, smidges of citrus. No rye vibes at all. Medium body with light carbonation. Odd one, quite poor.

Keg @ The Boot, Wellington. Pours dark with a receding small tan head. Leathery aroma, continuing to taste, producing notes of what can only be described as granddad's old leather wallet. Inky body, no smoked cherry, no smoked elements at all in fact, no barrel influence, perhaps a hint of dried dark berries on the finish. Comes across ropey and home-brewy. Not great at all.

third of a pint, hand-pulled in the Boot on 22nd January 2024, thank goodness I only had a third; this was a car crash. Sulky looking, dull dark purple/black, mini-haze and no head. Strange off cherry aroma, taste was also weird, didn't get any smoke, cherries or blackberries, just a messy and boozy Stout. Can't believe it is supposed to be like this. Scored kindly!

Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a murky golden orange with minimal off-white head and good lacing. Nt much of an aroma, but diligent searching detects traces of biscuits, malts and nuts. In the mouth it is sweet with some underlying bitterness and a juicy texture. Flavour has some rye mixed with oranges and hints of mango, leading to a slightly dry finish. It’s reasonable, but nothing like as much rye as I was expecting.

Cask @ Tap & Can. Pours a misty yellow, white head. Aroma of stale water. Flavour profile is of stale water and very little hop, no rye influence at all. Second beer from Trinity that's undrinkable. Does not bode well.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours a hazed gold, white head. Tropical citrus aroma, continuing to taste with a gently hazed mouthfeel.. quite refreshing overall.

Keg pint in The Wrekin on 5th November 2023. Hazed golden pour, white crown. Citrus/Tropical fruit nose and taste, some light malt action, but it's all about the hops really.

Cloudy yellow-gold with a small, bubbly white head and stewed tropical on the nose. Fresh and very slightly minty up front, moderate carbonation, subtle fruit with dry bitterness

[December 2021] Cloudy orange gold with a bubbly white head and soft tropical fruit on the nose. Nice and fruity with a lovely touch of bitterness, very easy drinking
