Another pale lager whale from Leighton.... It pours pale yellow with a thick white head. The nose is paper, straw, watery, sweet pale malt and faint butter. The taste is straw, paper, dull sweetness, dough and a hint of corn with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Not really much to it...

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell during Paul’s Birthday Celebration - London. Thanks to the Nellerizer for bringing this back from her travels in Romania. Pours clear, yellow-gold, effervescent, with a light, white cream head. Light biscuity pale malt nose, straw. Light sweet flavor with dry dough, straw bitterness, fain paper, biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, some dry and biscuity pale malts, cereal, light hay bitterness, dough. Excellent pale lager.

Clear golden, creamy white head. Aroma: white bread crust and dried herbs warmth. The taste has a light malt sweetness and proper malt flavour, crisp carbonation. Finish: moderate yet distinguishable grassy and harsh macro-bitterness. Not bad, actually. 5-3-5-3-11=2,7
