can - Pours almost clear gold with a small white head. The aroma is very mild with some hops and grainy malt. The flavor is moderately bitter with bready malt sweetness. It’s light to medium bodied and fairly good.

Bomber from Liz. Pours clear copper with a slight white head. Firm roast malt aroma backed by a bit of citrus. Med body or better. Flavor is typical roast malt with a pleasing citrus bitter. It’s very drinkable, finishing on the bitter side for sure.

Can. Initially sweet fresh pineapple aroma, and then some malt as it warmed. Hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Light malty flavor with a dry grassy, floral, citrus hops finish. Light crisp body. Very nice, and hit the spot on a hot day.

More notes from MWBF, August 2011. Called a "California Common Rye." Brassy yellow color with a nice busy head. Some light spice in the nose from rye malt. Very nice smell and look. Taste has a lot of that rye spiciness, too, close to a rye bread. Spicy malt comes through, probably helped by Northern Brewer hops, which grab you after the first few sips.

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a hazy amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains with a good amount of raisins backed by a hint of caramel. Flavor starts with a good amount of raisin with an odd grassy hops with backing caramel.

22oz bottle shared by Brian, Unfiltered brown-tan, steady foamy head. Middle of the road, balanced APA. Caramel, earthy malt tones. Easy drinking, maybe leaning towards malt centered. Almost a touch of gingerbread, rye. Decent, but quite forgettable and unimpressive for 2012.

16 oz can. Pours clear golden with a white head. Spicy hop aroma, grapefruit. Flavors of spicy, grapefruit, pine hops as well, and some slightly stale biscuit. It’s just okay.

Pours a hazy yellow under a tall, dense, creamy white head. Light lemon aroma. The flavor is lightly bitter. Not bad for a style that bores me quite often.

500ml can courtesy of Brian. Slightly hazy orange tan. Thin, off white head. Dry citrus hop aroma. Clean, some toasty golden malt tones and a solid hop bill. A faint touch of butter, but not overwhelming. Overall pretty solid offering, crisp hoppy IPA.
