Medium deep amber color. Tons of oak, brett, apricot and orange. Heavy malty nose. Full body, tons of apricots, brett, oak, very malty full on beer, but alcohol well hidden. Low carbonation. Tart, oaky, heavy malty finish with marmalade. Just big and heavy Brett barrel aged beer. Very interesting but doesn’t completely blow me away.

Cloudy hazy golden color. Massively dry, hoppy, brett nose with some fruity notes. Super quaffable, dry hoppy, super well balanced. My goodness this is what a table brett saison should be and very authentic. I love this.

Dark brown color. Brown sugar and molasses in the nose. Very malty. Smooth mouth. Tons of coffee, not overly complex. Molasses. It’s ok. Big lingering coffee finish.

Sampled @ Extreme Beer Fest, 4 Feb, 17. Almost no carbonation on a pitch black stout. Aroma a subtle amount of red grapes, mild oak but mostly grapes.
Very mild roasted backbone. The flavor is dominated by red grapes. The alcohol is totally hidden, not noticed at all. This stout is one of the best red wine barrel treatments I can remember sampling. I now regret passing on bottles of this when I saw it months ago around the NH sea coast.

Tap at Stags head tap takeover. Nose is coffee ice cream and light earth. Tastes like autocraft coffee milk syrup (my RI peeps know what that is) some earth, cocoa powder, green wood. Thinner palate. Tasty enough

Tap at stags head. Reddish Amber pour decent head. Nose is light smoke and cherry syrup. Tastes of cherry (touch artificial), lemons, smoke, woody, rubber, juicy fruit gum. Thinner bodied but I guess that’s style. Glad only part of flight
