(Thanks, Chris! "AirForceHops") Bottle. A- Red wine, grapes, plums. A- Black color, dark liquid, minimal head. T- Chocolate, grapes, plums, wine barrel. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- Really nice stuff. The wine barrel aging is perfect. Not full of tannins and imparts a tasty red wine/grape flavor and aroma that is there but not overpowering. Almost reminds me of a port wine. Drinks like 5% not 11%. Tasty stuff for sure.

Nice and friendly Brett beer, offering a good dose of funk without overpowering the palate with horseblanket aggressiveness. Starts with a modest bit of sweet grassy malt, hefe-like in its wheat-tinged brightness, yet quickly develops an underlying heavy barnyard pungency, adding a needed complexity to the clove-tinged sweetness. Grows funkier as it warms, and finishes semisweet with signature Brett funky aftertaste. Looks decent, tastes better. Yummy.

Draft at Ale House Amesbury, MA. Deep brown color. Strings of lace around the snifter. Aroma of coffee and nuts. Flavor of roasted coffee, malt and slight chocolate.

Good body, (maybe a tad light) decent mouthfeel. The finish is light roast with a lingering coffee aftertaste. Pretty nice. Good coffee flavor.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some light Brett notes is quite nice. Taste is a great mix of rustic malt with some light Brett notes and some spicy yeast undertones with a dry Brett finale. Body is about average with lots of carbonation. Very well brewed with great level of drinkability.
