Draft at the brewery. Color is very murkey color brown without a lot of head. The aroma and flavor run hand-in-hand. Rich in barrel, mainly because it was aged six years in apple brandy barrels! (Yes that was told to us from an employee). The flavor has the rich quad base (figs, dates, raisins and caramel) with ice cider hints from the rich apple.brandy. I can’t even describe the smoothness of the texture and mouth feel. Sliky, rich and decadent. Don’t confuse this for not being sweet; it is super sweet. But awesome in small amounts. Holy hell this is tasty.

Draft at the Brewery. Hazy gold thicker head. Aroma is lots Belgain yeast, straw and pepper. Body is medium with a nice dry texture. The yeast is displayed very well with the Brett really, really subtle. Maybe served to cold. But they didn’t go nuts with the Brett. Very nice.

375 bottle, cloudy pale straw color thin head. Yeah, this bottle was purchased at Beverage King, everything at that place sits forever. This is an old bottle. The aroma is light Brett that gives a mild band aid aroma that carries into the flavor. Light notes of hey and grain. Mouthfeel is soft with a medium body.

Light blonde ale with some brassy tinges and a good amount of white head. Clarity and retention are high.
Malty in the nose with perfumey alcohol notes and soft, floral hops sitting lightly in the background. The sugars are fairly well-attenuated and I’m not getting all that much corn; certainly wouldnt pick it out blind. I think a lot of people would judge this differently blind.
The flavor is on the more dry side, though some sweetness certainly remains, mixing with alcohol to create a very floral, poignant, almost sharp note (biting in to a honeysuckle, lilacs, violets). Incredibly smooth, near silky texture with ample carbonation. Just like Liquor de Malt, proof that corn is not an inferior adjunct when used respectfully (more or less, like any other potential ingredient). Loved the stuff, woulda had another.

22 oz bottle purchased at Craft Beer Cellar, Portsmouth, NH. Hazy orange color color with a fingernail length of lasting head around the snifter. Aroma is Brett forward with notes of citrus and straw.
The flavor starts with a moderate amount of Brettanomyces and turns into a floral and citrus hop bite in the finish. Nice base of dusty wheat with a great carbonation level which gives a nice effervescent mouthfeel. This is pretty nice.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Black with off-white head. Aromas of rye, chocolate, spice, light caramel, roast. Tastes of rye, chocolate, spice, roast, light caramel and licorice. Medium body with a dry finish. Very tasty.

375 ml bottle with a bottle date 1/13/2015. Hazy Amber color with very light head. Aroma is light oak, light caramel, fruit and cherry. The flavor is slightly medicinal with a syrupy texture. The English malt is here as well with a dirty malt character. Meh.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer. Pours orange with a thin white head. Aromas of caramel oak bread and honey. Taste is boozy pepper honey.

dark orange, 2 finger dark yellow head. aroma is nice, smells bitter, citrus forward. good creamy mouthfeel. I get corn and peat malts. intense bitterness and is pretty syrupy. very earthy but the syrup is just hard to deal with. not even sure this could improve with age.
