22/1/2022. Bottle serving at Charters Bar, Peterborough. Pours clear dark red with no head. Aroma is sweet, honey, light spice, berry, slightly medicinal, with warming alcohol. Medium to heavy sweetness, slightest tart edge. Medium body, sticky texture, no carbonation. Lovely sweet sipper. Very nicely done.

Aroma is sweet, honey, super Christmas spices, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and a touch of pine cone. Medium to heavy sweetness. Super warming spiced alcohol. Very good, and my favourite of the 5 we tried at Charters.
