330ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, hints of grapefruit and lemon, some candied orange zest, caramel malty basis with a touch of peanut, fishy undertones of lemon-basted shellfish. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy, slightly grassy, hints of lemon, lemon zest, a touch of lime, inconspicuously supporting, pale malty basis. Decent.

Cask at the Blackbird, Earl’s Court. Pours golden amber with a beige head. Light fruit aroma. Med body. Flavor is mildly bitter, floral hop, mildly roasty malt. All very mild, but on cask it has a delicious creamy flavor. Good, and it seems quite sessionable.

Lightly hazy gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Thin dry malts. Dry floralness. Trace of lemony citrus. Dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Too dry and a little on the dull side.

Can at home in London - picked up at UBREW in Bermondsey. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Wow, this smells great. Lots of pithy citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, some dry pine, crispy pale malts. Light sweet flavor with a slight mineral edge, a bit of rindy lemon, more pithy grapefruit and tangerine, understated pale malts, light grass and pine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Super clean on the finish, refreshingly pithy, with restrained bitterness, balancing pale malt sugars, more rindy citrus, pine. Great balance to this one. I have to say, I am quite impressed by this one. I can knock back six cans of this stuff without even thinking about it. I have enjoyed LBF’s other offerings, but this one is definitely a cut above the others.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, a touch of lime and hay. Taste is initially citrusy hoppy, lemon notes, a touch of hay, ends off almost immediately, leaving behind a thin, papery, husky, watery strand. Could be much better with a more pronounced stamina.
