Mild brown ale. Aroma is very hoppy, reminiscent of an IPA, with grassy and floral notes. Flavour is more malty and nutty but also very hoppy. More like a brown IPA than a regular brown ale. Nice though!

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with fluffy white head. Aroma is lemony, slightly peppery, bananas, wheat, grassy, flowery. Taste is lemony, bananas, slightly peppery and doughy again. Silky mouthfeel. Very nice hoppy Weizen.

Euro2-Flasche: Pale golden, hazy, lazy - but still visible - carbonation, stable medium-sized loose white head; distinctive, but still soft, dryish lemony-citrussy nose, wheat-dust and mild yeast are well detectable in the background; moderate and clean sourish-sweetish flavour, medium bodied and both soft and fizzy (in a positive way...); lingering sourish-sweetish citrussy and wheaty finish, gets a bit tart and hoppier in the aftertaste. Chapeau! Another goody from Tilman...

26-10-16 // 500ml bottle from Biervana. Yellow orange beer. Cloudy, with big foamy head. Quite hoppy nose. Good yeasty base, with typical wheat aroma. Finishes with a light hoppy fruity note. Refreshing.

500ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with ruby glimmer and average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, beige head. Slightly grainy, dark malty aroma, fruity hints of cherry. Taste is slightly sweet dark malty, fruity notes of morello cherry, watery passages, a nuttily touch in the finish; overall quite monotonous and rather watery.

0.33 l bottle from ’BierPost.com’, best before October 2016. Clear, dark brown with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a bit roasty, moderately hoppy-fruity aroma of nuts, some chocolate, tropical fruits and some pine. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty, quite hoppy-fruity and a bit resiny taste of caramel, nuts, some chocolate, tropical fruits and some pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly resiny and a bit dry finish. Medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear pale gold with a thick white head. Aromas of cooked vegetables, light malt. Taste is more herbal hops, grassy, light astringent malt. Clean finish.
