Slightly hazy darker golden-amber body, off-white head. Herbal, hoppy, yeasty aroma. Lean dryish taste, some residual sweetness, lightly honeyish maltiness, floral hops, well balanced, minerally, tasty!

Tap at the brewpub. Roast, bread, licorice. Medium body, dry roast, chewy licorice, pleasant balance.

Tap. Darkest brown color with off-white head. Aroma is roasty, grassy. Taste is grassy, roasty, a bit bitter in the back.

Draught@Paulaner Bräuhaus, München. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small creamy white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Flavour is mild toasted malts with some wood, mild herbal and honeyish sweetness as well as some grainy elements.

Tap at the Brewpub. 8 4 8 3 14 Citric nose. Cloudy golden, white head. Medium body, chewy, sparkly. Citrus and peach, fizzing bitterness, nice fresh hop forward weisse

Draught @ Paulaner Bräuhaus, Munich. Pours slight unclear Dark Golden with a small White head. Fresh malts and hops. Lovely aroma. White bready and cracker. Orange liquor, grassy, touch of White melon. Crisp and lipsmacking flavor. A tad too much carbonation but still chuggable. Bitter finish. A delight!

Tap at the Paulaner Bräuhaus München of course. With Jonas. Misty amber-orange body, off-white head. Pleasantly creamy aroma, cloves and vanilla dominate it. But the taste... man, the taste. Creamy, soft, supple, with huge cloves heading into territory of other spices - the phenolics game on this one is abnormal. Pleasant vanilla-wheaty notes, with, of course, some citric and herbal hoppy touches to round everything up. Just lovely, a world-class weizen, and perhaps the best phenol-driven hefe I've had in my life, and that's one of my favorite styles. In the IPA it wasn't obvious, but this one really shows why the brewer won some award a couple of years ago - huge props to her! Man, if we'd had more time and this wasn't over 5€ for 0.5l, I'd have gone for another... and another.

Tap at the brewpub, with Jonas. Hazy amber body, off-white head. Stale aroma, stone fruit, light vaguely tropical-flowery touches. Fruity, perfumey, slightly citric taste, bit stale-tasting, washed-out. Not great... And who thought of that hop combo...

Tap at the brewpub. Cloudy amber, offwhite rocky head. Peachy nose, citrus, a hint cheesecake. Medium body, mellow, creamy. Spicy tropical aftertaste.
