T: sweet apricot & wort, honey, cake, bitter yeast.
F: floral hops, harshly yeasty bitter.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Was a sligthly older bottle, but essentially subpar.

A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of intense caramelized malt, hazelnuts, bread. Taste of hazelnuts, dark caramelized malt, spicy hops, okay!

That white pepper white flower flavour I adore and those flavours are big and intense and lovely. Perle hop maybe. Gives it a sherbert hop finish. Some bitterness it's lovely. Beer of the day so far.

Smoke all way through. a bit more Smoke than schlenkerla lager but this is more of z bonfire Smoke than bacon smoke. A wood bbq on the beach. Yes I see it now. Anyway it's lovely.
