Clear dark brown to black beer, aery irregular beige to light brown head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: lots of coffee indeed, a bit metallic, good roast, biscuits, cookies, hint of chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice, sweet start, lots of dark chocolate, coffee, mocha, caramel, a little bitter. Aftertaste: still pretty sweet, caramel, lots of chocolate, milk chocolate, coffee, bitter finish, nice one!

A light yellow beer, a head is quite big and white. Aroma has flowers, fruitness, lemon. Taste has the same flowers and fruitness of citrus, medium bitterness, nicely dry. Medium bodied. Very refreshning. Great beer.

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has papaiya, mango, grapefruit. Taste has grapefruit, lime, some mango, medium bitterness. Medium bodied. Pretty nice.

Dorée, léger voile, col blanc-cassé bien crémeux tenace.
Arôme sur un léger résineux/herbacé/pin, peu d’impact de ce côté pamplemousse du Chinook qui perce juste en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur une belle base de pils avec une rondeur de l’avoine repris de suite par un excellent houblonné. Note d’aneth, pin résineux, IPA belge correcte sans rejoindre la signature locale de DLS – léger malté en fin de bouche.

Déjà dégustée mais oublié de l’encoder.
Pâle dorée présentant un léger voile, col épais blanc crémeux assez actif.
Arôme est léger tropical- mangue et pêche, rétro un peu sur les baies noires, côté levure me semblant un peu ‘off’.
Palais est prononcé sur le fruit de la passion – goyave, retrait délicat de malt pils, sec-crisp, herbacé sec qui ne s’aligne pas vraiment avec la base fruitée des houblons. Cela me dérange un peu en fin de bouche.

Dorée/pâle, col fin blanc-cassé léger.
Arôme est houblonné délicat oscillant sur le résineux/pin avec une petite pointe d’aneth et coriandre en retrait avec une petite pointe rappelant le chêne Français.
Palais est léger ‘crisp’, rondeur de l’avoine et Marris plus qu’avec un usage unique de pils. Bien houblonné mais léger, notes herbacées – pin avec des pointes d’agrumes/fruits à noyaux (pêche), le Sorachi revient sur la fin avec ce retour d’aneth/épicé. Fini est un peu sec et poussiéreux.

Clear bright yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, very fruity, oranges, citrus notes. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: good spicy start, juicy, citrus notes, a slight chilli burn, acidic notes. Aftertaste: sourish, chillies, funky, acidic, dry, spicy, salty touch in the finish, nice one albeit a bit weird.
