Noiren col épais et crémeux tenace un peu café au lait, le tout est huileux collant au verre.
Arôme sur un bouquet torréfié/grillé/café, cerise noire, une petite pointe de fumée boisée traine en rétro-nasal avec un effet umami/champignon, léger terreux en rétro-nasal.
Palais est profond malté plaisant, café marqué, grillé avec une petite touche de lactose / fruits noirs (mûres et prunes), cara sec avec une pointe de lactose qui revient enr etrait. Fine amertume en fin de bouche, pointe épicée/grillé café qui revient sur la fin.

Dorée, col blanc épais crémeux tenace.
Arôme est frais, léger avec ce plaisant bouquet de malt sur le pils - houblonné ponctue tout cela avec un côté pin/forestier, romarin frais (plus qu'en bouche), effet un peu barbe à papa/lactose qui ressort surtout avec la mousse. Pointe de sauge et pêche.
Palais est 'crisp' caractère pils, palais houblonné léger sur le pin, douceur de résine, pointe d'agrumes en retrait avec une touche herbacée qui revient sur la fin. Petit côté herbacé rappelant la lavande avec une note de pamplemousse qui revient sur la fin.

15/VI/24 - 75cl bottle from La Source webshop, shared with Anke and Nathan @ home, BB: 5/X/27, lot P744 (2024-394)

Clear pale pinkish beer, practically no head. Aroma: nice, a little funky, a bit dirty, quite some sulphur, weird touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, pretty earthy, fruity touch, nice acidity, dry, some tannins. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, earthy, a bit mineral, more fruity, good!

A golden and hazy beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has fruitness, some hay and flowers. Taste has fruitness, flowers, grain of hay. Medium bodied. Very refrehning, good beer.

Clear gold yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, very fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, citrus notes, grapefruit, a bit floral. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, fruity, gentle bitterness, some tropical fruits, citrus notes, a bit malty. Aftertaste: grains, hoppy, bitter, dry, spicy, some tropical fruits, mango, more grains, hay, citrus, grapefruit, a bit zesty, very nice one, I love it!

Can from Malt Attacks, Brussels, at home, 9th June 2024. Pours an Orange off clear ale. Aroma is resinous, pithy, grapefruit, candied oranges. Taste is pithy, resinous pine, candied fruits, bitter, but not as advertised, but I do like extremes. Long floral and bitter linger. Good
