From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy, slight orange gold with white foam, very fine. Aroma is rather sweet, mostly fruity (banana), from the esters. Smells very much like a weizen. Taste is consistent: sweet and fruity. No bitterness. Finish is average (some sweetness persisting).

Tasted at BeerAttraction 2017, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish amber with no foam. Aroma is fruity and remembers sour cherries. Medium body, almost no carbonation. Taste is light sour, some sweetness, a hint of saltiness. Finish is moderately long.

On tap at the source in Forni di Sopra (Italy). It pours an hazy golden/orange color, frothy creamy head. Nose: grassy noble hops, floral, geranium. Mouth: clean, easy, also bodied somehow. On tap at the source in Forni di Sopra (Italy). Bright clear orange pour, tick and creamy foam with extra retention. Nose: silky fruity, jam, floral, tropical a bit. Really a nice bouquet. Mouth: clean, very clear. Body has a nice onion-like sensation which I admire a lot. Chewy and bodied although super easy-to-drink. Nose: coriander (silky and pleasant), spicy herbal notes, aromatic tea, zest, grass too. Lovely. Mouth is clean, easy, with herbal notes, tea, spices. Really easy and tasty.
