Birrificio Foglie d'Erba
Microbrewery in Forni di Sopra (UD), Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy 🇮🇹
Established in 2008

On tap at the source in Forni di Sopra (Italy). Dark golden almost orange clear pour, tick and consistent foam. Nose: mild honey and cereals but really far away. Mouth: easy, clean and easy. The finish is interesting, crackers and a mild bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught Lace and a small rim remaining over amberish orange beer. Fruity nose, but also some meaty esters, getting sweeter with time. Sweetish flavour, soem ureum, flowery, bit of citruszeste. Light body, ureum hops hanging around in the aftertaste. Bit light - OK for the ABV, but the mouth doesn’t experience much tasteexplosion.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Beer Wknd #5.
